Addressed

Addressed protects any file or folder on Windows with Windows Hello. Right-click it and choose Protect for myself with Addressed: the file gets a strong password, and from then on a double-click opens it after a Windows Hello check (face, fingerprint or PIN) instead of a typed password.

Sharing

Share a protected file with people by email address. They open it on any PC at app.addressed.me/open by proving the address with Microsoft or Google, and you see who opened it and when. Taking someone off stops their access at once.

Backups

So that a reset Windows Hello or a new PC never locks you out, every file password is backed up before the file is locked, to a hidden app folder in your own Google Drive (and to your 1Password too, if you use it). Your files and their passwords never reach us; only sharing uses our service (see the privacy policy).
